How is F.A.S. different from other compliance tools?
ANSWER
Every other tool audits what already happened. F.A.S. stops what is about to happen. We intercept the rejection before it goes out, run a forensic audit in real time, and block high-risk decisions until a human reviews and documents them. That's execution-bound compliance — not post-hoc analysis.

02
How long does it take to get audit results?
ANSWER
Under 3 seconds. The forensic audit runs the moment your ATS generates a rejection. Results are returned before the rejection is finalized — fast enough to block the decision without disrupting your hiring workflow.

03
Can we run a job description through F.A.S. to check compliance?
ANSWER
Yes — JD Analysis is available as an add-on. It cross-references each rejection against the actual job description to identify qualification mismatches, keyword errors, and ATS over-rejection. Available on Growth and Enterprise plans.

05
Are the audit results legally defensible?
ANSWER
F.A.S. produces a court-ready audit trail for every decision — AI analysis, human review, justification provided, reviewer identity, and timestamp. We recommend consulting employment counsel on high-risk decisions. F.A.S. results are analytical and provide decision support, not legal advice.

Does F.A.S. support OFCCP federal contractor compliance?
ANSWER
Yes. OFCCP requires federal contractors to document adverse impact analysis, track Internet Applicants, and maintain records of all selection decisions by race, sex, and ethnicity. F.A.S. runs disparate impact analysis on every rejection, forces documented human review, and generates a court-ready audit trail — satisfying OFCCP's core documentation requirements.

06
What if our team disagrees with a F.A.S. flag?
ANSWER
Your team has full override authority. F.A.S. flags and blocks — it does not make the final decision. Your Compliance Officer can approve, override, or escalate any flagged rejection. The key requirement is that the decision is documented with a job-related justification.
