By submitting an application to participate in the F.A.S. (Forensic Auditing Services) Beta Program, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. F.A.S. is a product of ALS Consulting Services.
The F.A.S. Beta Program (Phase 1) runs from May through June 2026. Selected participants receive complimentary access to the F.A.S. platform during this period. Upon successful completion and approval to continue, standard production pricing applies according to your selected tier.
Application Deadline: Applications must be submitted by 11:59 PM ET on May 9, 2026. Late applications will not be considered. Selection notifications will be sent by May 12, 2026.
Participating organizations must designate the following roles:
Primary HR/Talent Lead: Day-to-day system administrator and primary point of contact.
Compliance Officer or Legal Representative: Reviews and approves/overrides high-risk rejection decisions.
Executive Sponsor (CFO or CEO): Final approval authority on escalated compliance decisions.
All team members must be current employees of your organization and have authorization to make hiring and compliance decisions on behalf of your company.
F.A.S. flagged rejections require documented human review and justification. Justifications must include:
Job-Related Reason: Specific skills, experience, or qualifications the candidate lacks that are essential to the role.
Comparative Assessment: Evidence that the selected candidate was better qualified on the same criteria.
Job Analysis Documentation: Evidence that the stated requirements are truly job-related and consistent with business necessity.
Rejections lacking clear, job-relatedness-based justification may be flagged for human review override by F.A.S. compliance team.
All human decisions are logged with reviewer identity, timestamp, decision, and justification. F.A.S. monitors individual reviewer patterns to detect bias signals including disproportionate override rates for specific candidate groups, consistent rejection of candidates with employment gaps, systematic deviation from policy, and any patterns inconsistent with stated job requirements.
Quarterly reviews of reviewer decisions may result in compliance coaching or process adjustment recommendations.
Your Data is Confidential: We do not sell your data. All candidate and organizational data is encrypted at rest and in transit.
Candidate Anonymization: Candidate identifiers are hashed and anonymized in our audit database. No personally identifiable information is stored without explicit consent.
Regulatory Compliance: F.A.S. maintains audit logs and decision trails compliant with NYC LL144, Colorado SB205, Illinois AIVIA, EU AI Act, and EEOC documentation standards.
Beta participants agree to provide regular feedback on system functionality, audit accuracy, integration challenges, and user experience. Feedback cadence: Weekly check-ins (optional), Monthly compliance reviews (required).
Case Study Incentive: Organizations that agree to be referenced in case studies receive a 10% discount on Year 1 production pricing.
Phase 1 (Beta): Complimentary access for selected organizations.
Beta participants receive complimentary access during Phase 1 (May–June 2026). Upon transition to production, standard subscription pricing applies. Beta participants receive preferred pricing as a courtesy for early adoption. Some restrictions apply. Contact ALS Consulting for details.
Available Add-Ons (Production):
JD Analysis: Cross-references each rejection against the posted job description to identify qualification mismatches, keyword errors, and ATS over-rejection. Available on Growth and Enterprise plans, or as an add-on for Starter.
Multi-ATS Support: For organizations running more than one ATS platform (e.g., Workday + Greenhouse), F.A.S. audits all connected systems and cross-references rejection patterns across platforms to detect system-level bias. Available on Growth and Enterprise plans, or as an add-on per additional ATS connection. Some restrictions apply.
Beta Features: F.A.S. Phase 1 is a beta product. Features, performance, and availability may change. We do not guarantee uptime, error-free operation, or specific audit results.
Not a Legal Opinion: F.A.S. audit results are analytical and provide decision support. Results do not constitute legal advice. Your organization remains responsible for all hiring decisions and legal compliance.
Limitation of Liability: ALS Consulting Services' liability for F.A.S. Phase 1 is limited to the value of services provided during the beta period.
Either party may terminate participation with 30 days' written notice. Upon termination, your data is retained for 90 days to allow export and backup. After 90 days, data is securely deleted unless retention is required by law.
You retain all rights to your data and hiring decisions. ALS Consulting retains ownership of the F.A.S. platform, methodology, and forensic audit framework. You grant ALS Consulting a non-exclusive license to use anonymized audit insights to improve the F.A.S. system.
ALS Consulting may update these Terms with 30 days' notice to participants. Continued use of F.A.S. indicates acceptance of updated terms.
